It seems that slim people get paid more attention than overweight people. Sports Illustrated's never had a plus-size woman. They've had voluptuous women, but not plus-size. And since it's considered ugly in those types of magazines, the people who read them (at least a third of all American men) get corrupted with that idea since there are no overweight people in the issue. People can't help it if they're born bigger! People are more attracted to the stereotype this country's made for beauty: blond, slim, and big chested. People also find non-blonds attractive, but still, that does not mean overweight means hideous. If that belief can be started, it can be stopped!

In a perfect world, they would be. But sadly no. Todays people are to conceeded. They dont even give the time of day to peple larger then them. Let alone, learn to love them. You cant love somebody if you dont talk to them. Some skinny people get it too! If you are really skinny, people may treat you differently and not talk to you because they might think you have a mental eating disorder.

Of course, the way it was ment to be was everyone getting equal loving but no my friends, it doesnt work that way.
Man has screwed that up for anyone who is "different".

That's up to the people doing the loving , not the ones being loved.

no, maybe by others but that's usually pitty. not to mention of most the obese (spelling?) don't like them selves.

besides how can you say appearances shouldn't matter? if a fat guy can't get a date with a girl he likes because hes fat then what do you think he should do? (no, not find a fat chick 'with a good personality', that's the easy way out) he needs to loose weight / make allot of money or have some really good quality.

and if you women think I'm shallow then one of you dump your average/good looking BF go find the nicest, sweetest, most caring 450lbs guy and go out with him. yeah that's what i thought.(nothing personal)

appearances matter very much; it shows how much you care about yourself, how ambitious you are, and to some degree how athletic. if you eat junk you become junk you become junk. respect your body, respect your self.
