now is definently the time to hit the stores before the 23rd ruch. ok for your neices, if their under 12 get them cheap makeup you know like that arbie brand or something if they are 13 and up just get the a gift card to Wal-Mart or somewhere
Your sister should get a gift that says I love you so much I got you what you needed like a new curling iron or something
Your Mom and Dad hmm if they like books and coffee get them a Borders gift card and/ or a Starbucks gift car. problem solved!

Try T.J.MAX, Old Navy giftcards for the kids, kids like to spend and get what they want or even need so any gift card would work for them, Mom and Dad you could get something from Sears, Pennys or any large Dept. Store. last minute, good sales. Good luck. I like giftcards, I can shop and get what I can use, most of us older folk have everything and getting a card lets us go get what we want. First, it depend on the age of your mom, dad, ect.
If your mom still young, then give her a card along with some clothes that she like to wear.
As for your dad, you can give him candy such as chocolate (if he like candy though) if he doesn't like candy then give him something that he like.
if your sister is young (under 12) give her dolls. if she is over that age, then give her clothes. try to figure out which styles she like.
if your nieces is young then give them dolls too. but if old then give her make-up, clothes, or even perfume. (maybe your sister gift should be similar to your nieces, if that help.)

ahaha if your mommmy likes to cook get her like a spatula or like a potatoe ricer(william sonoma for 20 dollars used to make mashed potatoes in an instance) or like earrings at kevin jewlers the 14kt gold ones are only 25 dollars for a pair. For your daddy get him a screw driver set if he's the type, or in general get him a bvlgari watch online for 45 dollars. for your sister get her a gift card from abercrombie or buy her a jacket from her favorite store. for your two neices get them godiva chocolate sorry i have no idea how old your sister or your neice is lOL

Go to a store where you can get something for everyone AND have everything wrapped for you as well to save you the time. Gifts.com is killer and you can find stuff for everyone, but I'm not sure if you will get the stuff in the mail in time for Christmas.
Mom - Silver Bracelet or something like that... Maybe Pajamas or a nice robe??
Dad - If he's a HANDY sort of guy, always fixing things, Get him a leatherman or a gadget that he wants - call your mother and find out!!
Sisters are easy - Get her something that smells good... Bath and Body works is the place for you... If she has kids and they stress her out, get her stuff for her bath with lavender and chamomille - they help you relax and sleep...
Neices and Nephews - depending on their ages - Get them a dvd or educational books - something not to destract them, but something to INStruct them...
