Yes I do. However, in the short term I have to make sure that I vote for the candidate whose views are closer to mine and has some chance at winning as well.
Don't call it contradiction if I say I will work with the Greens to bring it to the level of having a shot at a seat. Then we shall have Red, Blue and Green instead of just Red and Blue. Have hope, it is coming. The big two parties are controlled by the same kind of opportunists and in many cases eventually frustrate those who vote them in. So there is a growing hope for the Greens in not too distant future.

Well Tom I see your concern and appreciate it. But with all that I've read and heard my conclusion is man causing global warming is just a theory. No substantial proof has been given by anyone including Al Gore. His movie was interesting but not factual. The earth and atmoshphere is an amazing creation. I won't debate on who created it but since it is here and we are here it had to be created. Over the many years the earth has been here it has gone through many changes and will continue to do so in spite of man. We my friend don't have the power to alter or change anything. We can make it uncomfortable with smog and stuff but the earth is amazing how it cleans itself and most countries including the United States are always trying to make the air cleaner. Just need India and China to get on board but even if they don't we will be ok or not depends on nature not on what we do. To think that the U.S. alone has the power to stop a blanket of super smog around the earth is paranid thinking at best. Chill out

I'm worried more about people like YOU! Get your facts straight. Check the research and history of this planet.
AND if you think we in the USA are going to solve your perceived danger, look at the rest of the world. China for one is a bigger polluter them we. Europe doesn't have the restrictions that our government has set in place. South America is cutting down rain forest. Trees are one of the planet lifes that turn carbon dioxide to oxygen. The thin crust of the planet shifts and causes volcanic eruptions throwing tons of pollution into the atmosphere. The list goes on and on, so do us, and yourself, a big favor. Get the facts and go stop the nuke development in Korea, or China, or Russia, Iran, Pakistan, there is what will cause our children to suffer.

I'd love to. What the hell you trying to say, son? There is no viable Green Party. Unless another political party gets really strong really quick, we have a choice between 2 - not so good & terrible. Come up with a viable alternative & I'll stop voting for not so good quickly.

Yes... good point. What difference does it make anymore? The oceans fish will be gone in 40 years. All of the earth's natural resources will be gone in 40 years. The ice caps will be melted and there will be world wide flooding. Hmmmm....yes...let's fight over party affiliation.

Man can no more change the climate than you can stop a locomotive with a feather.
