Where can I delete a pokemon's move?

it's the building right next to the pkmn center in Fuchsia City (with the safari zone). you don't have to have anything to trade for him deleting a move.

go to fuchisha city,go to the house beside the gym(the move deleter's house.)and talk to the man and he will delete the move for you.

I believe there is a move deleter somewhere in fushia.
