Ty Law, hands down.
Great speed, perfect CB hands, great vision, and he can actually tackle. Ever wonder why when teams play Kansas City, they don't throw to his side? It's because he picks it off most of the time it comes his way.
Champ Bailey is a close close second to him.

Champ Bailey. He is the best shut down corner in the league and he is in on every play. He's fast and hustles his a** off. Even if the play is on the other side of the field, you always hear his name in on a tackle. The man is amazing.

I'm not saying this because i'm a packer fan but al harris had a pretty good year. all he did was shut down recievers all year, boldin, holt, williams, just to name a few. Yet he didn't even make the pro bowl. just goes to show you that talent means nothing for the pro bowl
