#1. No, it doesn't matter, & can't be answered. #2. Personally, I do whatever I can to contribute to the "situation" from what might seem the smallest degree, every single day.

Of course it makes a difference and any kindness shown towards others is an act of improving the world and it all begans with one small step...History is important so it is what you beleive of how it all started reflects the way you live now,

yes but it depends on if it's a big deal to you or not. if it's some unresolved issue especially, and there's an opportunity for a resolution, then do it! I'd suggest to do it so you don't regret later, but if you're not the type of person who holds grudges and or regretts things and are sensitve, than what better path than to move on?
