If the Congress wanted, could they hold a meeting in a language other than English?

Seeing as the US does not carry an official language in which the government operates under, could Congress hold a meeting in a language other than English? (Hypothetically)

Yes; there might be a law against it, but the Congress that wanted to meet in such a way could simply repeal that law.
