click on your profile and create an avatar.you can change your hair,clothes,eyes e.t.c by clicking on the ones you like,save the changes and you can get the cartoon picture too.you can also choose any background you want but please choose what goes with your clothes.

its called an Avatar. Go back to your profile page and click on Get my avatar now. Then you can create how you want it to look.
