i was screwing around with my taskbar and i accidentally got rid of the thing that says what programs i have up (internet explorer itunes etc.)how do i get it back

you know when you click on an icon on your computer and a little thing appears at the bottom of the screen saying what youre doing thats whats gone and i dont know how to get it back

If you look on the taskbar there are slider controls. You have to hold your left mouse button down and move the slider. Each slider is vertical and represents the start or end of a toolbar. Or you may have accidentally dragged the top of the taskbar to the bottom of the screen. You have to bring your mouse pointer down to the bottom, lefft-click hold and slowly drag you mouse up to resize the height.

Right click on the task bar, click on properties and check the boxes of the programs you would like to show.

Well, first thing I'd do, is check my "Recycle Bin". If they're in there, all you have to do is riight click on each item you want to put back on the task bar, and then click on "restore".

Right click on the task bar,it will bring uo a menu click properites.
