You need like at least 4 players. You split into partners, each team gets 8 cards, the object of the game is to get a match, so you split the 8 cards into 4 with your partner, then you two come up with a signal that will let the other know when you have a macth, since whoever has the match will only win if there partner saids it, and if anyone finds out your signal they shout out obvious and you loose!
