There's only 1 open gym. I am 13 yr old girl. Please give me some advice.

Lots of running, biking, etc... And go to the open gym as much as you can to keep your rhythm shooting.

Our coaches gave us a whole schedule for over the holidays and it mostly consists of us running and stuff like conditioning. So thats pretty much what i'm gonna say is run and dont forget to shoot and dribble! And if u can lift weights!

Easy be like me and take your little sibling(s) if you have 1 to your nearest park!! But you need to walk.I do this and i am 12 yrs old so you should be able to do this!!

if your yard is small run around it 50 times if your yard is big run around it 15 times
