i recently bought a shirt from the website http://www.shirtmagic.com but they never sent me my shirt and it's been over 3 months.
i've called them..and they always had some excuse.
1st problem: (first month) they sent out the wrong shirt, so i sent it back.
2nd problem:(second month) the gentlemen said he will be sending the right one on asap.
3rd problem: (third month) the woman apologize saying that shirt was still at their warehouse, and said she will send it out asap with a confirmation code.
4th problem: (forth month) another woman said the previous women sent it to the wrong address, and said she will be sending it out the next day and that i should recieve it soon.
5th problem: didn't get no shirt, and it's been over THREE months!
tried writing them an e-mail with a complaint, didn't hear no response. tried calling them again, and no one answers.
who should i report this terrible business to? how can they cheat customers with their money and get away?

Contact the Better Business Bureau... I'm sure that you can look it up online, you may need to find out where shirtmagic is stationed in, then find a BBB nearest to there. Sorry for your troubles, I hate when things like that happen!

Unfortunately, there really is no place you can make the complaint to and make any appreciable difference. You can contact the Better Business Bearau but they do not have any authority to take actions. For this kind of small transactions, legal methods are not cost effective. (for you)
How did you pay for your shirts? If you used credit card, you can easily make a claim to your credit card company. It then becomes the business's burden to prove they sent the merchandise and was accepted by you.
If you didn't use credit card, YOU SHOULD HAVE! As you can see, there really is no way to defend your rights when you buy over the Internet.

I think that you have already gotten your point across, I would not buy anything from them. Thanks for the update, we have to stick together and help each other. Contact the Chamber of Commerce for the city that they are located in. Write a letter to the better business and the chamber of commerce. Enclose copies of your credit card receipt/charge card data. Give them the same information that you stated above, and request a written response from the company, the better business, and the chamber of commerce.
Go can go into the chamber of commerce website for that city. Click on list of membership, see if the shirtmagic company is listed. Look at the yellow pages to see if they have another branch/location.
I checked their website and it states that they will give you a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, false advertising, bib, big crime??

You should send a letter to an executive or manager of the company, describing everything you described above. Then tell them that if you do not get your shirt, you will report them to the business bureau. (search online first about reporting a company to the Better Business Bureau or something similar).
Good luck.

you could probably sue the company. but that wouldnt be much use. you would probably only get your shirt and a little money.
call again and be agressive. be MEAN say you want someone to come and bring it to you personally or you will sue them or something mean.
