I have these things to work with, liquid eyeliner and eye shadow in various colors. PLease help?

For a smoky effect i'd skip the liquid eyeliner--too harsh,unless you smudge it with a brush or your fingertip.REally though ,I would just use the eye shadow.If you have a dark brown or bronze or charcoal grey then shadow the lower part of your eyelid -use a light er color for the brow bone.Then take the darker color again and use it like eyeliner .Start at the inner corner of the eye,and in a thin line apply all the way to outer corner,then extendupward a bit .This gives you a sultry cat-eye effect.And dont forget to use your fingertip and smudge it very well.This is what gives the smokey appearance.NO HARSH LINES!Anyway one other trick i've learned is to use a white eye pencil an apply a tiny bit at the inner corner of the eye.Then blend well.This makes the eyes "pop" out(in a good way) lol.
