I'm building a micro ramp in my garage and am trying to decide whether to surface it with masonite or plywood. If I go with 1/4 plywood, does anyone have any recommendations on the best paint to use? I seem to recall seeing a lot of paint that is used is an aqua blue color and wondered if this is a certain type or just a color preference. Any info appreciated. Thanks.

use exterior paint, with a silicone coat, it keeps water from coming in and is not slippery, go for dark colors, and paint for wood

Use face paint. Apply it the hard way.
Kidding... I'm not usually mean. Probably epoxy. It will have a more slick surface. It'll allow for more movement on the ramp, and trying to slide down on your knees will not necessarily cause you to lose your teeth.

Don't use paint, it will just make it slippery.
