I want everything off my hard drive and just like new.

I'm assuming you mean disk space back. Hopefully you have a disk that came with the computer that you can put in and reboot. It will take you through the options to format and re-install Windows to it's original state.

that has nothing to do with RAM
okay what you need is your OS (operating system) disk. Do you still have it? you will also need the serial number. Just insert the disk and follow the steps, make sure you chose to completely remove everything. Its pretty simple. you can also right click on your hard drive and click format, and clear everything, but it will remove the OS. you will still need to reinstall windows

RAM is hardware. Just wipe the drive.

You have to Reboot your computer, and start over, also, install all ur softwares all over again
