find the baby moving exciting and annoying at the same time, Im being kicked as I type this!

Stokie, chill hun! im not going to get mad at my child when its born, Im just askin a question which is tongue in cheek and yes I am excited about the life inside of me but as its my first I find I strange as this is something thats out of my control.

O and I do get excited, so much so that I have to point it out to everyone and my partner never has his hhand of my every increasing stomach!

you wait for so long to feel those first little kicks and then it gets so sweet coz you think awww then the little kicks turn into thumps as the baby gets bigger. and you can almost guarantee that at some point you will get to thinking can you please just stop while i just finish doing this or please stop it i need some sleep. its natural to feel like this, I'm having my third child and im 18 weeks and just starting to feel regular movement that's not too strong at the mo. but i do know that with my other 2 kids i ended up with sore ribs due to all the movement. its great to know that your little bump is doing ok but its also great to think about when your body will be your own again!!!

I'm right there with ya! Today I was trying to eat a DELICIOUS salad and I couldn't because she kept kicking me, everytime I stopped, she stopped, when I took a bite, she kicked. It's so fun to finally feel her now but yes, annyoing at the same time.

yes! As exciting n wonderful as it is to feel that little person in there they can drive you mad sometimes like when they decide to bounce on your bladder on a long car journey or kick you in the ribs repeatedly n drum on the mattress as youre trying to sleep!

Yes, it can be annoying. Ever get picked on by older siblings? It can feel the same as that sometimes! You don't always have to go around being happy that you're pregnant. You're allowed to have I-wish-this-would-hurry-up-and-end days too.

im right with ya on that one hun!!!!! my baby kicks all day long!!!! i love it so much and it makes me feel strangely closer to him but at night it dont half get annoying especially when he is jabbing me in my ribs or my groin. he wakes me up at half three every morning!!!! but its lovely cuz im beginning to learn his sleeping routine already and hes not even here yet!!!!!

Yes I've really enjoyed it but sometimes it HURTS! Kid has boney feet. (lol).
