keep using strong blitz in the 3-4 normal package. Your opponent usually either gets sacked, throses a pick or an incompletion. Occesanly you willl let up a big pass play, but not too often.
Control the DT.
best team to use is the ravens, chargers, or do a fantasy draft and get good LB and DE

well first raise your teams stats all the way up then tajke like a linemen or someone like ray lewis and blitz every play u get tons of sacks and add lots of pressure

get a fast DE and blitz around the non-TE side
