These are intentionally stressful.
Keeping your cool, taking your time, answering to the best of your ability.
Try a practice one with a few good friends.
These are only used for final candidates for pretty important positions.
Congratulations.

Try and stand out somehow and answer a few questions first, but dont act too overpowering you want them to notice you but not think you are bossy. You should also try to keep eye contact with the leader of the interview plus the other candidates, include everyone in your answers. Do not copy another persons answer, even if its what you were going to say, just laugh and say "yeah that is what i thought" and then try to think really fast of something else to say!

I have had to go through a few. I made notes of the individuals names and tried to use them when responding to that person. I admit it is difficult, but, if you are the right person for the job, you will get it no matter what.

Be calm, take a few seconds to think about your answer and then go for it. Don't just spit it out, they want to think you put some thought into it (not too much though)
Good Luck

Make good eye contact with whoever is asking the question, but as you answer let your eyes float from one to another to show that you can answer and speak in front of multiple people.

Yeah that can really make you nervous. But the best thing is to stay as clam as you can and just be yourself and give as honest and straight forward answers as you can. Good luck.
