One person at a time.

You can't force your opinion on other people. The best way to re-educate people about their biases is to expose them to someone who contradicts that stereotype and get them to recognize it. If someone wants to believe their negative stereotype they are going to cling to it though. I am multiracial but have met a phenomenally large number of people who are willing to meet me, accept that I am a contradiction to their stereotype but cling to the idea that all the rest of "them" are still bad (in whatever irrelevant specification). There is no quick or simple method. There is no guarantee that trying will work. The best thing you can do is surround yourself with people who are willing to accept you for yourself and ALWAYS show that same consideration to everyone you meet. If someone is being harassed or bigoted against because of a stereotype held against them, try and find a way to help them out. You can't always solve problems but there is usually SOMETHING you can do to help whoever is being treated unfairly. You might not see it at first, or it might not seem like very much, but most people can appreciate your effort.

By getting to know people instead just assuming that people in a certain group are bad. People need to start making their own decisions about other people instead of just believing what they heard others say while they were growing up.
