They are "made in USA". There are two factories in Ohio, first was built in Mary'sville. That factory made Goldwing and Acura engines and was the first of its kind, anywhere.

I assembled these at the dealer I work at and like Honda's ATV's they come from American Honda in Ohio and are marked "Made in the USA".

The engine cases and most of the major engine components are made in Japan. The rest of the bike is made and assembled in Marysville, Ohio.
