First, its called a 'watch'. Now for the message bit. What about this (shamelessly stolen from a song by Jim Croce):
"If I could save every minute, I would spend them again with you"

How approximately, "i admire you extra beneficial than the day previous to this, yet below day after today". I had it engraved on my husband's wedding ceremony ring. the entire element does not extra healthful so it says, "extra beneficial than the day previous to this, below day after today". He knows what it refers to!

DO IT YOURSELF. BUY A LITTLE $10 ELECTRIC ENGRAVING TOOL AT MICHAELS OR SOME SUCH PLACE AND, WELL, CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY, WRITE THE DATE AND THE SENTIMENT. IF YOU CANNOT WRITE OR PRINT, PAY A JEWELER MUCH MORE.

Just make sure everything is spelled correctly...
Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love.... time is eternity.
I know it's long, but I like it =]
