Your calculator probalby won't let you put in tihs long number but here's a trick. Divide top and bottom by 10^5. This moves the decimal place in the big number in 5 places and turns your divisor into .00007. You won't get an exact answer but at least you can put the entire number in.

You're probably supposed to do it by hand, though. It's kind of hard explaining the long division algorithm via this media, but here's a good website that explains things like that:

1) Find out how many 70's go into it
2) Find 1/70 of it
or 3 my favourite: 3) Use a scientific Calculator

An easy but really long way of doing it is divide it by 7 and the put a decimal at the end. I cannot thing of a shorter way!!!
