...And there were lots of both marked-down, and regular-priced toys, would you think it mean 40% off the regular prices only, or that the marked-down toys would be an additional 40% off, too.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The sign says ALL Fisher Price.

Before checking out, you might want to ask a sales clerk to be sure. Sounds like the price is already reflective of the markdown, but you might want to ask. I don't know about you, but I don't like "surprises."

I would think that the price thats marked down on the Fisher Price is the reduced price. They say 40% off but they really mean of the regular or so called special price. But before you decide to purchase the toy I would ask a sales clerk, that way you don't look foolish when it comes down to payment and you know what your getting yourself into. Sometimes its even cheaper than what the reduced price says. I remember buying a lot of high end clothing for my daughter that was reduced then I got a price check and her clothes were more than 60% off! Be smart and don't hesitate to ask...thats what their there for.

I would think that it meant 40% off of the already reduced prices of the Fisher Price Toys. The sign didn't seem to indicate anything about regularly priced toys.

Since the sign says already reduced I would think it would be the prices marked as they are right then. I would assume that this means clearance Fisher-Price-Prices even though it says All fisher price...

The 40% off is already taken off that is why it says prices already reduced.

That is tricky. I would assume the best and say 40% off everything fisher price...however it is the managers final say.
So, just ask. It's the only way you will know.

I agree, if it says already reduced then i would assume the price on the tag is going to be the price at the register. it would be a nice surprice to check out and pay less but i wouldn't be expecting it.

Let's say toy is originally $40___________

And it's reduced to: $30___________

And it said addnlt 40%: $18 Total price.

That's the way it should be, however they could just be saying that and there is not addtnl sale, so they could jip you!

If the it said prices already reduced I would think that the price tag already reflected the markdown.
