Yes. I always vote for my answer if I feel it is the Best Answer - or at least equal to other answers. If I see an exceptional and deserving answer - I will vote for that answer. Remember, a politician is always allowed to vote for self in this free country.

Sure. If we didn't vote for our own questions, most of the questions would never get resolved because not enough people vote.
