If your 3 weeks pregnant your breasts would not be producing milk. There could be an underlying problem. I would go to the doctor ASAP.

You may be pregnant IF you have had unprotected sex. As for your breasts producing milk now, that's something you should see your doctor about NOW. You could have anything from an undiagnosed pregnancy that is a lot further along than you think to an infection or other breast condition. The only way to find out is to shut off the computer and go see your doctor. Good luck and I hope you get the results you want!

I'm sorry to tell you. If you are producing milk you have already delivered. The first 1-2 days babies only drink colostrum, its a sugar substance that the babies need, then the milk comes in. If you have milk in the breasts go to a doctor . After you have a few babies you might be able to breast feed babies. In those cases I'm not sure why. I've heard that happen though. It could, but it could also be a hormonal issue. My sister couldn't nurse her son but when he was seven the milk suddenly came in!!!!
