Your options depend on where you live. Here are the options:
1. Recycle if you live in a locality with recycling service
2. If you have a garden, put the paper in water, shred it by hand when soft and then put it in the compost pile or put it the garden lot and put some garden soil on it. It will decompose gradually.
3. If you have a garden lot and can wait unil summer, the paper is good for keeping the weeds away when used as cover on the ground.
4. Burn it outside if you have facility and the muncipality allows it; or burn in bit by bit in a fireplace if you have one.
5. Put some at the bottom of each garbage bage in the kitchen so mildly wet stuff will not cause a drip from the bag.
6. Buy a goat and feed the paper to the goat and use the goat in the summer in place of the lawn mower. You may get free fertilizer too this way.

lay the papers out on a foil covered sheet, cover with foil and place in the oven. Cook for about 1 1/2 hours at 350
The papers will become pyrolized and will crumble very easily.
Crumble the papers and flush..............

You can turn the paper back to pulp by soaking it in water and stirring it once in a while. It will take a little time but the paper will revert back to wood pulp after a period of time.

Recycle unless there is personal info on them then put them in the fireplace or a friends fireplace if outside burning is illegal as it is in my city. This worked nifty with old checks.

Do you have a 'little brother'? You could feed them to him. Otherwise get a goat, they love to eat papers as well. You know, a good source of cellulose and fiber as well.
