Don't eat anything for one day and only drink water to flush out your system. Then do a 2468 diet. That is, after your first day of fasting only eat 200 calories, then the next day only eat 400 calories, and the next day only 600, etc. Then after the 800 calorie day start back over at 200.

Yes, I am a fitness consultant and you can have a flatter stomach in 5 days.
Cut out fruit, ( tends to make your stomach bloat)
drink lots of water
eat a big breakfast , small lunch and just a very small supper
avoid dairy products such as ice cream
eat fat free yogurt 4oz. 3 X's a day.
walk ( even if it is just in your house from room to room ) walk 10 minutes 3 x's a day.
HINT drink a big glass of water BEFORE each meal. (makes you feel full faster)
Go to an HERB store and get WATER PILLS to help eliminate the extra water you are drinking. GNC stores will have them.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Doing a lot more excercising than normal (particularly crunches for stomach, leg lifts for leg). Eat soup and salad. Wear black, it will make you appear smaller.

Excercise a lot. I excercised one day and I lost 10 pounds! But then again, the next day, I gained it all back since I didn't excercise.
