This depends on the type of phone and carrier that you have. One thing you can try is to send a TXT to your email account. When that arrives, note the email address it came from and respond to it with your picture in the message. Your phone should receive the message just like it came from another phone, via MMS.

depending on the provider that you have, you are going to have to email the photo to yourself. When you email the pic to yourself, it is your cell phone number @ your mobile service provider's remote email address. So, if you have TMobile (for example), it is going to be 9135551234@tmomail.com. Sprint? 9135551234@messaging.sprintpcs.com.
