My grandma was going to go to Alabama for Christmas but decided to stay with us instead. Plus a huge blizzard came that stopped all flights from DIA, so I would say that more that fulfilled my wish.

One year I was blessed to not be in a country that has to push Christmas to everyone no matter their own faith 24-7 for the entire month of december... On Dec 25th, people went about like it was any other day. That was nice.

The best was actually the worst. It was paying for an upgrade from coach to first class on an international flight.
The best, because it was so incredibly comfortable and easy.
The worst, because now when I'm in coach I know what I'm missing.

When I was 19 - a long time ago - and into really weird clothes, I got these lime green jeans with rips throughout them. My boyfriend who was a suit and tie guy and totally wanted me to be a conservative chick, which I totally am NOT, went into a store and bought these wacky jeans because he knew I wanted them really badly. So sweet.
