No. Hurts while doing doggy style or whatever style isn't a sign of pregnancy. The only confirmation of pregnancy is the missing of your period for 6-8 weeks since your last period. For some people, doing doggy-style does hurt as compared the traditional man-on-top style.

Maybe someone is using the wrong entrance. That might be causing the pain. But it would not be a sign of pregnancy.

No, it doesn't mean anything except that you're at the wrong angle or penetration is too deep. Those things can happen whether you're pregnant or not.
