What about hair bleaching?

I want to bleach the fine hairs on my forearms,they are not bad really,but if I bleach them i know they'll be almost invisable.But does it stay bleached forever?And is it safe?

concider the hair on your head. when you bleach it (Color) the time it takes to do it again would be the logical answer. But if the fine hair on your arm gets bleached it would appear to take twice as long. If it is so fine why not wax it?

DON'T DO IT, IT'S GONNA MESS UP YOU SKIN, JUST USE NAIR OR WAX IT.
