I just got off the phone with Dish Network and I have to say I am floored by their "please bend over little lady while we stick it to you" attitude. I couldn't help thinking that they must have THE WORST "Customer Service" ever. But, Maybe I'm wrong. You tell me.

RightLeft is right on. Sprint customer service is horrible!!! It seemed that everytime I called to ask a question I was on hold for at least 20 minutes and then got charged something on my next bill. One time, when I called to dispute charges, this ***** put me on hold for 30 miinutes when i asked to speak to her manager when she refused to reverse the charges and then put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be a manager and refused to reverse the charges as well. I headed down to the local Sprint store and spoke with a representative there who tried to look up the 'manager' that I spoke with and it wasn't logged in, though the first person was. I got the charges reversed, finally, but it took WAY too much. And then they tried to tell me my contract wasn't up when it was and told me I had to pay them a fee for turning my phone off. YEAH RIGHT!!!

Sprint is terrible.

I have to say any service department you call up on the phone. That automated calling menu thing is mostly all but useless. Sometimes, I can't even get to where I want to go on the phone with this system- oftentimes, what I want doesn't even neatly fit any one category. And when and if you do actually get through to a human being, they put you on hold. I once waited for ten minutes on hold, and never got the service I was trying to get. It's actually easier, in many cases, to go there in person.

I agree. I've been a Dish customer for 10 years. I ordered an update on my reciever over the phone directly with them and got lied to directly to a few of my questions about fees and charges. I almost sent the damn thing back, but then I might be moving and I'll try Direct T.V. In this day and age, it pays to be honest in your dealings to keep the long paying loyal customer.

I went to a local fast food resturant about 1 year ago, I had about 50 dollars worth of gift cards that I wanted to use up and I was feeding 7 people, 4 of which were men that were big eaters, so after I ordered all the sandwiches and fries for everybody along with a few extra that my sons could reheat the net day for lunch, the girl filling the order turned to another employee and then said, referring to me, "Is that Bit** on Crack?, She has to be to expect us to fill an order like that!!" As she finished her comment, which my son and another customers very young child also heard, she handed me my food and I walked out, I was so mad that I could'nt even respond. When I got in the car my son told my husband and he called the corporate complaint line and made sure that girl lost her job over it.

Well, the lastest was Stamps.com

They lied to me about changing my rate plan to basic, so I got charge 15.99 for premium, then I call...hold for 45 minute (really now!) and then get a Supervisor that tells me that she is going to refund $8.00 to my account (put it back on my credit card).

That was two weeks ago. Still no refund! So, I have to call and
wait another 45 minutes.........

Well, you get the picture?

Anyone use a GOOD online stamps company? Send me a mail and I will try it out just because you say it's good!

Oh, never tried the Dish Network.........and pretty scared to now....thanks for the heads up!!!

My vote goes to Cingular. You can ask several different reps. one question [that's if you CAN get thru to a human!] and get a different answer from all of them! Or the good old "I don't know. Let me transfer you to dept. so-and-so for this."
