The trick is to keep they moisturized and just let them grow. While no nail Polish can really aid in growth, they can make them harder and protect them. Also if you put a bright color on them (red, pink) you are more inclined to take care of them (filing and buffering). In about two weeks you should see improvement.

P.s Supplements? Its not that serious!

You pretty much just have to wait until that part of the nail completly grows away. Try Buying some fast nail growing nail polish.

Buy a smooth file and run it over the tops of your nails and buy some vit.E oil just for nails and polish it on and rub it in.

You just have to let them grow. You can file them to shape them.

There is no polish that will make nails grow faster.
