This is such a personal thing. What works for one doesn't work for another. Morning sickness (or ALL DAY in some cases, like mine!) is a phenomenon that can't be explained. All you can do is your best to get through each day. Find out what foods and drinks work for you and run with it. Drinks with bubbles tend to work quite well and if you're off food, at least try and eat some cereal or crackers. People always suggest ginger, but personally, I hated it before I got pregnant and hate it even more now because everyone forced it down my throat - yuk! Hang in there.

I am not too sure. I have it really bad all day. The only thing that seems to help even a little for me is cold water. If I sip or if I can chug it I feel somewhat better for a little while. I also read not to let your stomach get completely empty....but that is hard when most food makes me feel like I am going to vomit. Good luck to you and I will be looking to see if anyone has a miracle cure...cause I would LOVE one. All I keep telling myself is only a few more weeks and I will be 13 weeks and it is supposed to stop around then!

I asked the same question when I got sick and everyone told me to try pregnancy pops, so I went to the store and asked the pharmacist, he gave me a really really wierd look and I also asked about ginger caplets... he once again looked at me wierd and told me the best way to cure morning sickness is to see your doctor and ask for a drug called diclectin, do some research on it, it WORKS!!! I did it and it was a miracle drug, and it's sooo safe for the baby as well.

You should bring a pack of crackers to bed with you, so that in the morning, you can snack on a few before getting outta bed.

It should take it away immediately.
