Well you cant do anything to stop him from turning drunk again because if the jerk wants to drink, he's going to drink! There is a couple of things you can do though. You can tell him he cant see his kids unless he is sober. When he comes knockin on your door and he sounds drunk when you ask ''who is it?'' dont open the door.Tell him I TOLD YOU NOT TO COME BY HERE DRUNK, YOU'RE NOT GOING TO SEE YOUR KIDS.If he persists, take legal action. You can also get scheduled court dates for him to see his kids. I wish you and your kids the best of luck, merry christmas and happy holiday Sweety.

If you have some evidence of his being violent or abusive and a drunk you could probably get a lawyer to help impose some court ordered terms to his visitations with the kids.

throw his drunk a$$ to the curb i may not know you but i doubt your kids deserve to have a horrible excuse for amn as a father let alone the fact that ne time your kids are with him he is most likely drunk out of his mind do you really think that that is a good role model to be around your kids if you don't want to get a restrainig order you can go to court to have full custody and if that is to much tell him straight up I DO NOT WANT YOU HERE IF YOU R GOING TO BE DRUNK AROUND THE KIDS I FYOU DON' AGREE YOU CAN GET THE HE11 OUT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shut the door in his face when he comes over drunk. He'll get the point when he can't see his kids after awhile.

Dear Shamoolax:
It's not about you any longer and once you realize this then you will no what step to take next. My advise for you is to never waver or negotiate the well being of your children.
Best wishes,

Get a restraining order, and don't let him visit your kids until he's in AA and has been sober for at least a month (and possibly more, if you don't feel comfortable with just that).
