Only if where you park him isn't zoned for horses....but if there's a snow emergency, you shouldn't park your horse outside on the street like that anyway. Some cowboy YOU are. ;0)

No, that hot body will do the job of melting the snow. Nothing to worry about with the horse parking.

I'm listening to the news now. They are saying to bring in all your animals. So you may get that ticket if you don't put your horse in the barn.

depends on what side of the street you park him on..most snow bans are on every other side of the street until the snow is removed..might wanna throw a blanket over him tho
