Only if where you park him isn't zoned for horses....but if there's a snow emergency, you shouldn't park your horse outside on the street like that anyway. Some cowboy YOU are. ;0)

depends on what side of the street you park him on..most snow bans are on every other side of the street until the snow is removed..might wanna throw a blanket over him tho
