Chuff me no. All the evidence I've seen suggests this; Loss of lung capacity due to lack of general exercise - huge weight gain due also to above plus capacity to eat vast amounts of junk food.
Loss of reasoning skills and creative thinking processes due to too much time spent watching telly and playing dumb, time-wasting computer games. And that's just for starters - I really believe the human race is getting more stupid as time passes.
