Ovulation (the time when an egg is ready to be fertilized) usually occurs fourteen days after your period. However, it's not always regular, and can occur at any time during your menstrual cycle.
So, yes. It's possible to get pregnant right after your period.

women typically ovulate 14 days from the first day of their period...given that your cycle is the typical 28 days long. Mens' sperm can live in side the woman's body for up to 3 days. So if you have sex 3 days before you ovulate, you could still get pregnant. Make love like crazy on days 12, 13 and 14 of your cycle.
Best wishes!

No you can't get pregnant right after your period. Remember there is this safe window period of between 7-10 days after the last day of your last period thus if you're trying to conceive, try on the 11th day that is when you start to ovulate. Best of luck and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours too!

As the period is the shedding of the egg, I would think it unlikely for most women to get pregnant, but it has been known to happen.
