There is a thing called body bags,put them on waist , knees and hands but be careful start easy and not heavy,cause them bags could be dangerous,so ask your trainer or somebody with experience

work your hamstrings a lot. try running on your tip toes (stairmaster on your tip toes is excruciating but it gets the jobe done) really stretch your hamstrings and calves, and, as always, try to lose some weight- even shedding water weight helps significantly.
