Mine's been bothering me for over a week. I can't seem to stop burping, and I feel ill after I eat. Any suggestions?

Try Celestial Seasonings Tension Tamer tea warm after you eat. Also I suck on Altoids the peppermint ones. Have you tried taking Pepcid AC or an Acid inhibitor? that may help as well. Good luck i suffer from stomachaches weekly. I think mine are mostly anxiety or stress related. Try to do something that is calming to yourself like Anusara Yoga or warm bath with Lavender essential oil.

Tea- preferably the Tension Tamer variety- with a dash of ginger, a spoon of sugar, and a spoon of honey. Or you could try papaya enzyme tablets, available at some Health Food/Nutrition stores.

Good luck!

I agree with the first posters recommendation. Mint tea always works for me. You could be constipated though, so you might try using a laxative.

peppermint candies work good (the red hard ones), I keep lots in my Jeep, so if my stomach hurts, I have them handy. They work wonders.
