Late 80's board game that had a standing dracula that his cape would open, and he would bite your finger. help

Question

There was a clock you would turn the hands of that if you hit the wrong hour thats when his cape would open up and you had to stick your finger in his mouth for him to bite you. There were two red marker points in the mouth that would mark your finger with "bite marks." I cant seem to find the name of the game to see if i can find a vintage one to buy. Any help you can give would help. Thank you!
