You don't need a website for that, honey. Anyone and everyone was influenced by the church in medieval times. Every facet of life, rich and poor, was influenced -- some might say dominated -- by the church. There was only the one church, you see. It was our way or the highway, 100%. And you didn't usually last long on the highway.

In medieval times everyone and everthing was governed and influenced by the church. All the kings and rulers did the bidding of the church rulers. To go against the church would have been sinful. The church was all powerful and controlled everything.

I have to say yes, and only because almost everything in that age was influenced by the church to some extent. I know that the knighting ceremonies themselves were run by the church.
