No, but they are coming out with a ff7 game called Crisis Core for the Psp the release date for the US version is still TBA

You don't. The prequel (Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core) is out, but Final Fantasy VII hasn't come out for the PSP. There's been speculation that they might release a PSP version, but there's also been speculation that they might release a PS3 version, PS2 version, no version, etc with no proof either way.

As of right now you cant. Pretty soon like next year when sony release more titles onto the ps3 to download to your psp.
