Absolutely take SAT/ACt if you haven't yet.
Apply to schools as soon as you can, especially if they have rolling admissions.
Apply for any scholarships that require extra applications or essays.
Appl;y for loans and grants, through your school or the government.
Once you hear back from colleges, decide which to attend and reply to all, stating your acceptance or decision to decline.
Pay all fees, deposits, etc.
Fill out roomate application, any other info.
Most importantly- just because you got accepted doesn't mean you can let yourself go. Keep up your good grades! Senioritis never helped anyone.
Try some websites that'll help you, like fastweb.org. They have great scholarship info as well as good "to do" lists for seniors.

I agree with Jordans answers below however, while you are in H.S. make sure that the courses you have taken will align with the requirements of the college you would like to attend. This is a huge factor! Don't be affraid to go to bat for yourself in any college you run into obstacles with. Be prepared also by having letters of reference from former teachers that will back you up as well. Most H.S. counselors should have access to a list for you. Keep in touch with them as this is part of their job to help prepare you for college! Check and double check your alignment of classes for each college you want to apply for.
