First you need to let her know that you understand her feelings and that it's okay to be scared. But then have a heart to heart talk with her about it and let her know that the divorce is not her fault, and that you both love her and always will. Then repeat this over and over while you are also showing her that it is true by being there for her.

she`s trying to tell you something in her own way about her anxiety and insecurity but you are not listening, if you dont, you`ll end up with a real ticking bomb of a child problem that wont go away(children dont understand the whys of the D they just want the family to remain whole)

Why are they living with their father?

Why would a mother give up her children. How could you?

Maybe that is why she feels the way she does. Nothing takes the place of a mother's love.

Seek counseling for them. In the mean time reassure them that being divorce from their father does not mean you are divorcing them.
