You can try a system restore. The only problem is that you may have deleted that feature too! If your taskbar has dissapeared, then the only way I personally can think of accessing it is by pressing the windows key on your keyboard. If not you'll have to probably re-install Windows XP...

When you cross to delete the dossier, preserve down shift + delete. Holding down shift makes it in order that it would possibly not look on your recycling bin. However, even if deleted on this procedure understanding remains for your laptop for a long time. It is feasible for an informed to appear at your hard drive and get better this understanding. This is most effective utilized in infrequent instances, or if anybody brings of their laptop to get better understanding. What brand is your laptop? If it's HP then you can use your system recovery disc, if it's not then look for a cd that came with your system and check. It contains all the vital files, including sound drivers needed to run your latop, however it can also format it (depending on your selection) and you can lose all your data.

sounds like youve killed it dude, reinstall windows or whatever your running

its a pain yes but by the time youve messed about you could of been up and running.

try to always set a restore point before adding or deleting anything your not sure about,

this way it will be harder to mess things up as you can always restore to the point before.

good luck

Re-install the operating system - and then quit messing with stuff you don't understand.

1) what did you delete? If you don't know, then there is no answer on how to fix it easily.

2) You can always re-add the shortcuts to your Desktop.
