It was probably a promotional video to increase the hype between AC and Inter, the 2 Milan rivals.
Well, if you notice, Kaka doesn't have any enemies 'cos he's really peace-loving. It doesn't mean they're best friends. I do know he's very very close to his Brazilian teammates though.
