End wars and start peace. I believe that if we quit fighting other nations we could really focus on problems over here such as poverty ,racism and give more time for stopping diseases.

It would be "stop poverty and racism" because racism triggers hate and possibly war. As for #3, if people work together, they maybe able to at least slow down or stop all diseases.
