I'd go with this lineup:
T.O. -- will be up for a statement game against old team.
WAYNE -- Houston defense not all that great and Manning will find all his receivers this week.(plus it's his turn for big game)
WALKER -- Cutler finally found him and will need to use him this week.
I wouldn't use Burris because Saints are not bad on defense and Eli is struggling to much this year to make Burris worthy.
