I went the whole day off 1 hour of sleep and i was a zombie that day at work. (I'll never do that again!)

Generally, an adult needs 6-7 hours of sleep at a minimum, but the amount of sleep you get will dramatically affect your perormance. Consider trying to get 8 hours to function well.

at least 5 if you an adult but if u r young then 8 will do I'm 16 but can manage to to still function normally with only 2 hrs sleep. the down side is can cause cancer and I'm serious.
